Meet the Founder

Matt Moulton was born and raised in Charlotte County, and as a true native, he considers it both an honor and a privilege to serve the community he calls home. His deep roots in the area provide a genuine understanding of the people, values, and character that make this community unique.

Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in General Business from Liberty University. With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, he has successfully overseen and delivered hundreds of homes, bringing both expertise and practical knowledge to every project.

His leadership is defined by integrity, clear communication, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship — ensuring each home is built with care and designed to stand the test of time.
