Located in Punta Gorda Isles, this 1986 home was reimagined for clients who brought as much joy to the process as the transformation itself. What began as a dated layout became an opportunity to elevate both form and function.

We raised and leveled the bathroom floor to seamlessly align with the rest of the home, then fully modernized the space with striking, high-end tile work and an open, airy design. The result is a bathroom that feels less like a necessity and more like a destination—beautiful, inviting, and hard to leave.

On the exterior, we reworked the front wall to create a cleaner, more contemporary presence, giving the home a refreshed architectural identity from the moment you arrive.
